7-Affirmations one for each day of the week

1. I am in peace, the peace is in me & around me

2. I care and love myself more each day

3. I care and love others, especially those who upset me; I project love and peace to those I am having most difficulty with, they are my teachers

4. I release my expectations from others

5. I keep my thoughts positive, as I am mindful how powerful they could be

6. I embrace each day as a gift or a present, always with gratitude

7. I am in harmony: my head, hands, heart & gut are aligned, creating inner & outer harmony.
